Our basic processes are corresponding to our customers regularly for uninterrupted work flow and to achieve the high quality levels required by our customers. The processes are established and followed religiously by all our teams and ensuring a satisfactory service comfort for all our customers.
Samaira Pvt. Ltd. is more then a simple broker of goods. Services includes the desgine of products and packaging, the sourcing of raw material and components, the planning and managing of production processes, the provision of market and trend information to the customers and shipping consolidation.
Our role is focused on organizing the complete product development and process for our customers, shortening their buying cycles and looking at the dollars and cents that are spread throughout the value chain to effect savings. The vlue we add extends for providing management expertise to our supply network. We do desgin, select the raw materials and have factory controllers set up and plan production.
The prime objective of the Samirapl is focused on our customers complete satisfaction by achieving the most compettitive price, highest quality and punctual delivery of merchandise. The staff members are tenaciously dedicated to the achivements of the organization.
Our structure is based on multiple Teams managing either a customer or a product group. Each team has resources dedicated to Design, Product Development Merchandising, Order and Production Management, Technical and Quality assurance.
These teams have the expertise and resources to fulfill customer requirements and are structured to work exactly as per the needs of the customer. Backend support is shared by the teams and Service departments such as Finance, Accounts, HR and Administration, Social and compliance department and logistics provide backend support to all the teams for smooth functioning. All the team leaders are product oriented professionals who have hands-on experience of managing the crucial components of the business. The understanding and awareness of the product filters down and permeates to all levels in the organization, so that everyone understands that the product and service level is all important in the business.
Compliance Program
Heavy emphasis is placed on the evaluation of manufacturer capability and compliance with all legal and human rights issue before they are recommended to our clients. We pay special attention to compliance issues to protect our customers from any potential loss.
All these physical audits and evaluation will be supplemented by accredited laboratory testing to meet the product safety standard of importing countries. In the event of quality disputes, we negotiate with respective vendors to obtain speedy settlements in our client's best interest. As an important segment in the supply chain, we do provide a pure independent inspection service as an option to our customers.
Quality Assurance System
Instead of waiting for quality problems to happen, we follow procedures in details to detect signs of problems which may occur at the time of production at the earliest possible stage by factory evaluation before placing orders, fabric inspection before production begins, We also recommend guidelines on product performance standards to ensure products suitable for their end use.
Inspection are carried out by technical staff from our Quality assurance department, supervised by very experienced management who take care to change the international standards as per the individual need of customer.
The technical staff is trained professionally to carry out inspection following our standard operating procedures.

Our design and development teams forecast season trends and development specific programs for our customers.

Merchandising
Samaira (I) Pvt. Ltd. merchandiser team is built by the best, qualified and experienced merchandiser’s.
We have team of experienced merchandisers with working in teams who are specialized in individual categories; we have technical team members with strong background to work on spot in vendor’s factories and mills to manage production, monitoring and exchange advice on detected problems. Whenever necessary, we appoint team manager who are specifically responsible for developing a clients entire business within the region.
Our people are our most important asset, and we treat them as such. We pick them carefully for there experience, potential and dedicated attitude to job assigned.
Logistics
Our team of logistic professionals help to ship you’re good on time and safely.
Hand in Hand with good quality, delivery schedules have to be properly managed so that goods arrive on time on buyers end. Our Merchandisers and QA staff work very closely with the suppliers to resolve all issues in the early stage so as not to skip the decided ship date.
Our logistic department constantly obtains updated changes in export regulations and procedures at customs to secure smooth movement of export merchandise. Practical assistance on how to import directly will be provided for clients with less international experience. Our value chain can in fact extend to handle imports on their behalf.
